1. Eligibility and approval
Accounts are for their named account holders. A credit application requires identity and income verification and review. An application does not guarantee approval or a particular limit.
2. Purchases and instalments
Eligible purchases start at ৳3,000. Each approved purchase is repaid in three monthly instalments: the first at checkout and the next two monthly. An account may have up to three active plans, subject to the available limit and other service checks.
3. Spending limits
An approved limit is set after review. The limit available for purchases may be lower if the user sets a personal cap. Limit changes require confirmation with a one-time code.
4. Business fees and payouts
The business pays a 5% fee on a purchase. The remaining amount is paid to the business at the time of purchase. The fee is not added to the user’s purchase total.
5. Verification and personal information
Identity, income and business information is used for verification and account decisions. Bank statements uploaded for review are stored privately. Use only information and documents you are allowed to provide.
